Look at the first march your people had. YOu had a respectible amount of people 60-75,000 but had to lie about the numbers and then bring other people like the police and fire department in on your lies.

try keepin it real and maybe you will start to be less laughing stocks of the country and someone will take you seriously.

Lori, did you look at the video with my comment "the reason why the protest"? Towards the end, it shows the crowds at the 9/12 rally. If you really believe that those videos show only 60-75,000 then you have never been to a football game with 60-75,000 people. I have. The lies come from the people who refuse to believe that the numbers were as big as they were.

Even if I was a person who did support your cause I would steer clear of it if no other reason than you end up looking like idiots.

60-75k is a perfectly respectable number and had you chose to go with the truth then I think more people would take you seriously but the meaning of your protests are overshadowed by the lies.

And you add to the fact that pictures were used from another protest to try and back up the lies...well that one is a no brainer...there is no "mistake" there..that was a purpose.

But these protesters were so mean and violent, especially that kid in a stroller. I bet when he wakes up from his nap he's gonna pull out a copy of the Constitution or some other subversive documents. Nice job, I didn't hear about this.

Marilyn, good post - important message. The White House is blocking the flow of information to the American people by threats and intimidation.

Yesterday on ABC, Axlerod challenged ABC not to use any news stories from Fox News (read Glen Beck), and I expect that threat is being extended to other TV networks and major city print media. These guys are Chicago toughs and the usual rules (like the Constitution) don't apply.

It's time for conservatives to fight back. My suggestion -

* the tea party organization designates 3 or 4 blogs to forward their news to

* the tea party organization requests donations to by print media ads in large cities

* the tea party runs a series of "News the White House Doesn't Want You To Know" ads

* Beck, O'Reilly, & Hannity start "News the White House Doesn't Want You To Know" features

* Fox News and blog ratings go through the roof.

Good suggestions.

I did not hear of these either, of course. The mainstream corporate media is going to downplay and hide opposition to its agenda.
