Update On Me..... Please read

Good Morning Gather....

I Know I Haven't Been On Gather Much at all In a While and the reason Is Because well My Pancreas Has Been acting Up very bad for me for the last 6 months Now :( and My gastro doctor feels Its time to Look at other options Now....

so for the Next week starting tomorrow I will Be driving Back and forth to U Of M Hospital For testing, blood work and what ever else Needs to Be Done In Order to see If I'm a Good Candidate For a Pancreas transplant and If I Am a Good Candidate they then will Put Me On the waiting List For One...

I'm sorry I haven't Been such a great friend lately and haven't been to your post, pictures Or even Leave comments :( and I'm sorry...

But If you can find It In your hearts to forgive me I would Be very grateful...

I have been so Busy I havent Made My point and was wondering while I was Busy taking care of My Self If you Could drop By and read My post or look at my photos I'm trying to earn enough for a gift card for my sons Birthday because times Have been tough with all this going On..

you Dont Have to But I thought I would ask My dear friends Here On Gather....

I will Keep you posted and Updated as Much as I can On How Its going....

I agree with Darlene, also I think you health is so much more important than a web site. I know you are trying to get something so you can get your son a birthday present but my thought is if you get to us you get to us and if you don't we understand. and those who don't understand need to be taken off your list. You ahve been through a lot and my thoughts and prayers are with you. I hope things go well with the testing and you can be put on the donor list. My Uncle was on a donor list for a kidney but they found out that his wife was almost perfect match for him. she matched perfect on 5 out of 6 of the tests. She was a live donor. He has had that kidney for almost 3 years no and is doing great! I pray for you that you will find a match in quik time and that you will do just as well as my uncle!

From personally dealing with ill family right now, I truly feel for you. Don't be afraid to take charge of your medical care - know what your doctor is doing and ask lots of questions. Ask your friends for help, you'll need it. I wish you the very best.
