WOW..Gather has changed

It has literally taken me 4 days to earn 15 points. I am not as active as many, but in this 4 days, I have posted a few articles and viewed many people's articles as well as commenting on some of what I viewed.

 

It borders on ridiculous that Gather even advertises as having a point system if this is how it works these days. My wife loves it here and is more active than I am, but I just can't believe how it has changed in the past year.

 

I sure hope they haven't cut their own throats with these changes.

Points are a lot slower now, they change the point system. I normally post only so often and generally keep it pretty short.

Yes, it takes me twice as long to earn the same points before.

you need to get views as well as comments try sending out emails about your articles

I don't like to bother my connections with that as many don't like it and they already have it in their feeds when I write them, but thanks for the suggestion.
