Ya it is early but if I wait it won't be there when I want it. THis year at Sam's Club we didn't have Christmas things out until mid to late September....that's the latest it's ever been before holiday things come out...usually it's July! EeEkkk!

Sounds like a good deal for a large tree that is pre-lit. I grew up with fake trees, and while I disliked it, the tree always looked beautiful. Since starting my own family we always cut our own live tree, but as you said, the beauty is what you make of the tree!

I would so much perfer a live tree but I cannot afford one right now and this at least will last a couple of years of frugal living.

When I was in college very far from home the first Christmas without my family (it was just me and my husband) we couldn't afford to get a tree, not even a fake one. It was a sad Christmas. So after that we always found a way to get a tree, even if we didn't have presents. But once we moved back to the area we grew up in we found a tree farm that has very inexpensive trees to cut yourself, so we do that every year. And while a fake tree would be cheaper in the long run, the 12$ we spend for a live tree yearly makes a big difference to us.

That is a Good Deal! 2 years ago we paid $75.00 for a 61/2 foot Tree.
It is not real. we had to go the other route because "Peyton" had it on the floor twice before we even had decorated it, (which is a good thing).
Since went went with the artificial Tree,he hasn't bothered it at all.

I hope the Tree is what you Hoped it would be. And Yes! I think you got a Great Deal.

that's waht I did the last 2 years doc and I hated it so this year...I'm going for the fun fun and all the glitz !! I really want to have a holiday party but I don't know if I can throw one together, move and work all at the same time!!

It's probably the same tree I have. I went to put up my old tree a few years ago right after I moved and realized the tree stand was missing. I went to Wal-Mart and walked out with a new tree (my old tree was well over 10 years old and starting to show it's wear anyway).

It's held up pretty over the last couple of years.
