Prompt: Suppose that all of the country’s major newspapers gave you column space this week. Here is your chance to share your raves or praise for one or more of the following:
Cell phones, reality t.v. shows, high calorie foods, The weather, or the price of beans.

When do you suppose reality shows go too far? Is it when they race in a boat half dressed and without a life vest? If you’ve ever watched the popular show, “The Super Fantastic contest” you would see just how far people will go for a million bucks.

They go without food for days, or eat bugs, or drink urine when all goes wrong. So, what say you? Wouldn’t you love to be part of a reality show too?

This gal says no. (Not unless they throw in a brand new car) I might consider it then.

I find the reality shows are more like cartoons! How can these people be alone and in such danger, etc, etc, etc, when they have a crew following their every move with a camera??? I doubt if anyone goes hungry.

I think the producers decided it should end on a high note. Wish they would do that with some of these other "reality" shows.

I've always said there were things I wouldn't do for money and it seems as though producers made a list of all those things I wouldn't do and made television shows out of them.

I watched Survivor Man drink urine, after he had distilled it in a pit he'd dug into the sand, which he'd covered with a plastic sheet. I wonder how much money he's making...
