I got this cookbook at a thrift store last week for $2.00. It is a good one. Krissy got me a George Foreman Grill a couple of years ago for my B-Day, but seems like we only use it for chicken breasts. Tonight we are having a salmon recipe from this cookbook.

Salmon Steaks
1/4 c honey
2 t dill
2 t parsley
1 T butter
S & P
4, 6oz. Salmon Steaks
Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Small saucepan: heat-honey, dill, parsley, butter, S & P. Grill the Salmon Steaks for 4 minutes. Spoon the honey-dill sauce over each steak & continue grilling for 2-4 minutes. Make sure you have the drip tray in place! Serves 4.
OK, sounds good, right? I could not get salmon steaks at our store, but I DID get fillets. I will have to watch them, they should cook faster than the steaks would.
Hubby will have a reg baked potato & I am having a baked sweet potato. I am also going to roast cauliflower in the oven. (Just drizzle it with olive oil and then sprinkle with S & P-roast for about 30 min).
