Pumpkin Flan

I organized my can cabinet the other day and found that I had 6 cans of pumpkin puree.  I can use one or two of them on Thanksgiving but I wanted to find a creative way to use the other 4.  I am certain I will make some pumpkin bread and I found a recipe for pumpkin cookies but I wanted to challenge myself.  So I decided to make flan.  I used a standard flan recipe and tweeked it to accomadate the pumpkin. 

I am sorry I forgot to take a picture of it, I was so anxious to taste it we ended up eating all most all of it just tasting it.  I posted the recipe on Factoidz if anyone is interested here is the recipe:

This would make a nice dessert for Thanksgiving or any time in the fall really.

Maybe pumpkin rolls?
I never made them but sure ate enough of them :0)
There not rolls like dinner rolls, but made in a long tubercular fashion.

That sounds good, pumpkin bread (like banana bread) with raisins and pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting are always good.
