Bird Grasshopper

I was crossing my neighbors lawn to come home when I frightened this cute 3.5 inch long Bird Grasshopper. This is the biggest one I have seen while living in the Atlanta Metro area.  With help from my hubby we were able to take some photos of this little guy.
