100% Organic Wine

I am in the wine business and am finding wines that are 100% Organic do not have the rich flavors that wines "made with organically grown grapes" possess. I have been frustrated in recommending the 100% Organic wines because they seem to have variation from bottle to bottle. Any one have any experiences?
