Who is next? Anyone they want to go after. I wondered what was happening to my favorite coroner. I remember the first time I heard him called "former coroner" and I wondered then but didn't follow up on it. This says he was in the position for 20 years. I thought it was longer than that.

He's been in the news longer than that, but not as chief medical examiner. His reputation was moving at full steam when he was only a forensic pathologist.
