I really should have eaten some, still may sneak one. I just had a piece of sausage between some bread. I guess that was three meals at one time. A Donut would hit the spot.

Same here Norma...I just seem to be having all these nameless symptoms of nausea, anxiety, depression, etc. etc. I've had the flu and Chloe too.
Today though I went to a church rummage sale and it was great! They had all these name brands that Chloe loves like Aeropostle and Old Navy, etc. I got Chloe and myself some cloths that are really neat and they were a steal!!! I'm still gloating about that or will till I run out of money by the end of the mo!!! :o)

Hi, Norma. I have some diet hot chocolate with marshmallows but no real whipped cream for me. I hadn't had yogurt for a long time and ran across some "thick and creamy" low calorie Yoplait last week. After having a fairly drab diet for months on end, the thick yogurt is really a treat. I've been using that for the main part of my lunch the last week.

Almost time to go back over and get the kids from school. I'm going to walk down to the school today. I've been picking them up by car the last few days as it was either chilly or a day that I volunteered at the school. I've been helping every Tues afternoon in Liam's class.

By Friday, our high temps are supposed to only be in the 40's with a low of 20 at night. I'm not looking forward to that. I'd rather be overly hot than overly freezing!

That walking is good for you, but there is a point where it is to hot or to cold to be out. I would rather be a little to cool, that to hot.

I do most of my walking on the treadmill at the gym. I go every morning and go back some evenings. In the summer, I went over there as it was air conditioned and my house was hot. Last night, I went back as it was warm over there and my house was chilly! I walked 3 miles on the treadmill then went and sat in the hot tub and then the sauna before coming home.

Hi Norma! Life has been very busy for me. It is a struggle right now to just get through the work day! Hopefully after Friday it will get a bit better. Hmmmm, do you have ice water? I am suppose to be drinking more of that before I go to the doctor's on Friday....but I really hate water! LOL!

How about some of my spring water, I have in my well. My water is much better tasting than that stuff in a bottle. Even though the spring we put the Milk in to keep it cold has been spread around from loggers on top of the ground, I hit the spring tap under the ground with my well, about 100 feet down.
Those plastic bottles I only drink when forced to . Usually carry my own water, when I go out.

What ever happened to that great job , traveling all over? Is it a nonya.?

Yes it was time to go to bed. girl I went to bed before the news. I was sitting in that chair and couldn't stay awake. At 8pm is to late for naps. So I just went through my nightly routine and went to bed

Good morning, Norma. Oh, it is a very bleak day outside this morning. We are expecting some rather severe weather, so I decided to get on here while I still had the chance. So far we don't have a shaking dog, so there must not be bad weather within 30 miles of us. Otherwise, the dogs let us know it's raining in a nearby area. But the rain is good for the pansies, so there's always a plus to most situations.

Hi, lynn and Norma. It's 36 here this morning so not as cold as yesterday. Supposed to be down to 16 by morning with 15 MPH winds. That's going to be chilly for Jacob's soccer game tomorrow! Chance of snow early next week before the temps warm up again to the 50's. I finally got a space heater last night but haven't gotten it out of the box yet. It was VERY heavy just getting it carried in from the car.

The kids don't have school today. Jacob is going to go help Reg with raking some gravel at a spot he is setting up to rent as an RV pad. Caty, Liam and I will go to the gym for a couple hrs, then come over here. I want their help in getting my garage arranged for winter. I need to make room to get the lawn swing in there. Not sure that Caty and I can move it but at least if we make a space for it, that will be good.

Hi Norma, been trimming bushes before the snow flies. Mike is treading snow on the job in the mountains. Brrr He took the older dog with him yesterday and the poor guy is kind of walking with a limp. He is so good and doesn't get to go often so it was his day. He made it halfway then slept in the truck. Got the basement painted before the cold hits again. The roof will just have to wait another year. Reading some of the comments sounds like we are all headed for winter. yuk
