Comedic genius Will Ferrell stars as has-been scientist Dr. Rick Marshall, who gets more than he bargained for when his expedition takes a wrong turn into the Land of the Lost.  Now, Marshall, with his crack-smart research assistant Holly (Anna Friel) and a redneck survivalist named Will (Danny McBride), have no weapons, few skills and questionable smarts to survive in an alternate universe full of marauding dinosaurs and fantastic creatures and laugh-out-loud comedy!

If I could travel back in time I would like to go back to when I was a youngster and my mom and dad were still arrive. I miss them so! Particularly on Christmas morning! What a wonderful day! My mom would make poppy seed rolls and lay out all the good china. My dad would come up from the barn and dwadle over his coffee! Oh the excitement! And it always seemed every Christmas we had feet and feet of snow..

I think if I could travel back in time I would go back to the wild west. That is right way back to the time of the Indians and cowboys. I love to ride horses. There was no smog or polution. The air was clean and free. You could see for miles and there were tons of wild animals. Now when I look out my window I see houses, people, cars and lots of polution.

Wouldn't it be great to rode with Wild Bill Hickock or Buffalo Bill.

I would go back to Ancient Egypt. I have always loved to learn as much as I could about the different Dynasties, Pharaohs, and lands. I would love to see the Pyramids being built, how they built them, how giant Obelisks were stood on end with no major machinery.

If I could travel back in time, I would take my kids to meet my grandmother and grandfather ( their great grandmother etc. ) to her old house in Kentucky around 1978 before my grandfather became so ill.

We are dying to see this movie!

If I went back in time, I'd go back at some point to meet some of my ancestors that we don't know anything about at all. It'd be interesting to find out what they were like, what hardships they went through. Plus I'd like to know if how any of them were, was why some of my not nicer relations got their meanness from! But mostly I'd go back in time to just get to know them, what their hopes and dreams where, etc.

I would go back to the place and time when Jesus was born.
I would love to have been in that Manger and seeing him

I know we can worship him now, but being there

I would travel back to my childhood, which was an easier time growing all our food or bartering with neighbors. It really was a less stressful time.

I'd love to go back to the Wild West times. Back to a simpler time where people loves the beauty of nature, there were wild animals roaming free in abundance, no big complexes, paved roads everywhere and litter. Riding horses and wagons all day long, living off the land... that would be so much fun!

I'd also love to go back to the 50's. Poodle skirts and doing the hop! Sweet rides, malt shops and juke boxes!

If I could travel back in time, I would go back to 1979 and have a talk with 18 year old me, and give her some tips.
Oh! It is very risky to meet yourself while time traveling! The possibility of causing a rift in time is very great and not to be messed with!

(I watch lots of Doctor Who.)

I would go back and live in the 50's for a short visit. I've always thought I would love the women chatting while hanging out the laundry, dressing up for cocktails at 5:00 and back before we knew we shouldn't eat butter and gravy!

I would love to travel back to the late 1800's to the midwestern frontier. I know it was hard work, but there was something about the "simplicity" of it that always mesmerized me as a child. I distinctly remember when I was little and I read the Little House book series, how I wished I was there and my pretend play put me there next to Laura!
1935 in Kansas City. I want to hear Lester Young, Hot Lips Page, Big Joe Turner, and all the other southwestern big band and blues stars of the period.

So many things. But probably around 1870 to see my grandfather as a boy, and the rest of the living ancestors then. This would be on an island in Germany. I know they had good beer, but were not beach bums like me!

I would want to go back to before I was born to see how my mom and dad used to be together. All I can remember is bad times between them. I know they were in love at some point and I'd like to see that. I'd like to get a glimpse of my dad pre-alcoholism. He passed in June of this year and I had not seen or heard from him in 18 years. I'd also like to go back to when he left us to see where he went and how his life turned out the way it did.

I would go back in time to the ancient Greeks....I'd love to see the Parthanon being built....and also see all the different temples for their gods and godesses. While I was there, I'd make sure to watch one of the Greek plays, like Oedipus.

Even if it were possible to travel through time I don't think I'd want to... Unless I'm allowed to be just an observer and not actually be part of the life. I think I'd go back to the time of Queen Elizabeth the First if I could just observe what was going on, see the dress of the time, see how people lived back then. But I wouldn't really want to go back and be a part of it.

If I could go back in time, there are many stops I would make on the way! I would go way back to my childhood and make many stops on my way to now :) I would make sure my Mom and Dad knew that I loved them even though I didn't act like it...the same with my sisters and brother. I would see my old boyfriend and tell him what he meant to me. I would tell myself to study harder :( I would tell myself to save more money because I would not be working many more years, but I would marry a wonderful man :) :)

I would go back to the days when Christ was on the earth. To the time when he suffered, endured, and rose again to ensure that I would be able to live a "free" life now. A life that is victorious, strong and triumphant. My primary reason would be to "thank him." But hey, I'll be able to do that once I get to heaven.

I dont know what point in time I would travel back to. Maybe back just a few years to when my daughter was little so I could relive all those moments again when she was a baby. She is 5 now and my son will be 2 in less than 2 weeks. I miss when they were babies.

If I could travel back in time it would be to 1860's when my great grandfather was alive. He was a farmer, and a great man who worked hard to take care of his family. He got sick and died when he was 39 years old. His wife later remarried, and when she died was buried with her second husband. So my great grandfather is buried alone, and there aren't even any family photos to remember him by. I have always felt a connection to him, and I think it would be wonderful to go back in time and get to know him as a person.

If I could travel back in time, it would be to a few different places. I'd like to go back to when they built the pyramids so I could see exactly how they did it without the use of heavy duty equipment, going back to the wild west would be fun because I love to ride horses, but dodging bullets would be a pain! It would be interesting to go back to the dinasaur era if I could avoid being eaten, and to the caveman era to play practical jokes with fire, but to avoid being clubbed! The victorian era would be pretty sweet too, except for having to wear those corsettes, ugh.
