Oh Bright moon
Shining at you fullest in the Autumn evening
Shed your light on lovers near and far
Let your beams bless those who are together
And those who are parted
Draw those who are fearful or reluctant
To cast caution to the wind
And taste the bliss of Love

I almost never explain my poetry but in this case it might be helpful
To be a productive poet you must have a good eye or a good ear
A good eyes sees something and spins it into a poem. A good ear hears the rhythm, the cadence of language and life itself and spins a poem. I have a good eye. Last evening I was getting out of my care and saw the gorgeous full moon. By the time I got into the house and fed my cats (6)., the poem was finished and all I had to wo was type it up.. By the way, I never use the word inspired. That is a bit too lofty for me. I prefer react to. I hope this answers your question
:) wishing you laughter
