I just sauteed 1 pound of sliced smoked sausage, a couple sliced potatoes, 1/2 an onion and a couple pinches of Old Bay in some oil til the potatoes were tender and served it with some hot sauce.
OH and try adding some bell pepper and onion to this super yummy, i just noticed the old bay seasoning added never tried that before sounds like a interesting twist
I made something with sausage tonight too......sliced the sausage like you did and then cooked it with bell pepper and onion. Boiled some pasta and added that when it was cooked. Finished by adding a can of diced Italian seasoned tomatoes and some chili powder. It was pretty good......shredded cheese would have been good on it but forgot to put it on.

beef shoulder roast with potatoes in the crockpot for tonight. :)
