ANY ADULT, either gender . . . who finds an attraction to any child (under age eighteen), other than the appreciation for the child's "cuteness"; humor, intelligence, and personality is in serious need of professional help. However, I do not believe any adult with pedophillic urges can be helped by any "professional" mental health practioner. There are too many stories of children who have been abducted, sexually abused, tortured, and murdered by REPEAT OFFENDERS. The lucky ones, Elizabeth Smart and Jaycee Dugard are recent examples, but still they have been scared for life. The only way to protect outr children is to "watch" them every minute of the day . . . since that is impossible, IF an adult is identified as one who has hurt any child, PRISON for life - - - no exceptions!

Without a doubt! This idea of slapping on the wrist makes me ill. And more and more....it seems thats the punishment idea. That or dragging the young victims throught the pits of hell...when they shouldn't have to.

I agree, the only reason why an adult would be interested in an underage child is because they want to take advantage of them and think they will be easy to manipulate.
