Hi gang today was the first saturday of the month and The Home depot had a workshop for kids. Today they got to build a Firehouse bank:)
The theme this week was Fire Safety:)
At the workshop today they had a firetruck and the fire safety house.

Here they are working hard and building thier firestation banks.
Here they are showing off thier new banks they built.:) After they completed thier banks they recieved a certificate and a pin to add to thier aprons:)

This is the fire safety house, it blows smoke and it teaches the kiddos what to do in case of a fire. it also teaches them about fire alarms and how to keep them up to date and how to change the batteries in them often.

The kiddos also got to climb and explore a fire truck. They liked the siren the besst..

If you have never gone to a Home deopt kids workshop, they are free and they are the first saturday of every month. The next one will be held November 7th from 9am to noon at your local Home Depot store.
Have you been to a kids workshop, if so what did your kiddos make??
