Does it have to be a cloth bag or can I use a Walmart bag at Target? I mainly use the plastic ones as garbage bags.

I think it has to be 1 of the reusable bags you get from Target, Walmart, etc. Just as long as you use a reusable bag. Check the policy at your local store. I saw a lady carrying in a Walgreen's reusable bag as I was leaving.

It's an incentive to remember to take the bags in with me!!! 1 more reason to Love Target over that other place.

I do too. I have 3 from Target; 4 from Schnucks; 1 from American Diabetes Association (regular tote bag); 1 from World Market; 1 Coca-Cola (from mycokerewards.com) and 1 other one.
