Obviously it is the devious, malevolent underclass we must be in constant vigil against. They are only poor because they are plotting to take down our illustrious country by spreading their poverty.

I don't hate nor do I want to smash anyone or anything. What I do want is the truth... the cold hard facts. Good luck getting that on ABC, CBS or NBC

Thanks! I'm glad someone is unraveling the lies perpetrated aginst ACORN. The mainstream media seems to do no investigating anymore, and actually little reporting of facts. Not that they intend to lie, but they pick seem to pick up the lie, as news, and repeat the lie, thinking they're reporting the latest breaking news on ACORN. Where's the investigative news/ research, anymore??? It's all sensationalism, and tabloid news, anymore.

Rachel Maddow and Olbermein seem to do a pretty good job, though.

This is the basis for the attack on ACORN:

ACORN is under attack because it is effective and a threat to those forces who wish to disenfranchise millions of U.S. voters. For the most part, Democratic Party officials and their corporate Democratic Leadership Council (DLC) mentors have long ago given up door-to-door inner city voter registration campaigns. ACORN remains as one of the last hold-outs in ensuring the voting rights of millions of forgotten and discarded urban voters.

Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermein get the facts and I am glad they are presenting the case.

Why doesn't anyone investigate corporations like Blackwater and Halliburton?

The US overpaid Blackwater by $55 million for its security work in Iraq, a government audit has found. The company, since renamed Xe, didn't employ enough guards, medics, and other personnel to protect high-level officials but still collected full payment from the State Department.
Good question especially since there ARE known facts to support doing that.
