the survey does not work correctly - iot only lets you answer once in each COLUNM rather than once in each ROW.

I took the survey, but the answer selections to a couple of questions don't make sense; there are duplicates etc.

Boy... there "were" two questions that had "very unlikely" as choices twice, when I suppose that there should have been a "very likely" choice.
Then the question where you had to check the boxes off... it would only allow you to use a selected answer once. If you clicked "likely" lets say, it removed it from a previous choice, un-checking a box above...
I tried to go back to verify exactly which ones etc., but it says survey closed.
