So is this an oxymoron or do they really exist? I love heels, they're so cute, but they HURT! Also, I always fall out of them, I have high arches and narrow feet so I assume that's why. Any ladies out there have a recommendation for me on comfy heels?

Basically, though, you have to build up a tolerance. Someone who wears them to work 5 days a week is going to be more comfortable in heels than someone who only wears them once in a while for a special occasion.
I can't wear flats, I fall out of them too lol.
I need to wear heels more often, aka I need longer pants haha.
There are shoe pads to buy to put into your shoes to make the fit more snug and thus prevent your foot from slipping out. That or buy maryjanes or shoes with straps across the instep.
