In my misguided attempt to save us money, I signed up for Vonage service earlier this year. I normally do not do this, but I signed up for the service online and use my debit card. I agree about the BBB maybe that will help
I can't beleive your bank won't back you. My bank takes your money back first and asks questions later. I would be changing banks asap if for no other reason than to prevent them from billing you again later using old authorization codes.
I am planning to close the account. Don't worry about that!
We now have a traditional land line telephone. I think VOIP phone service is great. But, I do not like the idea of it being completely dependent on my internet connection, which is not the best. So, I think I will stick with the traditional service.
