On Tuesday I wrote to GSN.com about a Bed Bath & Beyond gift card I had received from them, which had no value on it. On Wednesday I received an email from them letting me know that they were aware of the issue, and that they had sent out a new gift card for me.
Today I received the new Bed, Bath and Beyond giftcard, and I checked the $25 balance is on it.
