GSN Help a BIG HELP!!

On Tuesday I wrote to GSN.com about a Bed Bath & Beyond gift card I had received from them, which had no value on it. On Wednesday I received an email from them letting me know that they were aware of the issue, and that they had sent out a new gift card for me.

Today I received the new Bed, Bath and Beyond giftcard, and I checked the $25 balance is on it.

 

Yeah for GSN Help!


Did you ever have to contact GSN Help, and did they reply quickly?

Do you do the trivia questions every day? The daily question, the GSN live and the game questions?

I do the daily question everyday but i don't know how to find and do the rest. I am only at little over 800 points.

Go to "Way to Win Oodles" tab: There you will find a little tab saying GSN Live, where there will be questions every day from 12 - 6 p.m.

In addition on the "way to win oodles" page, there is a list of games at the bottom of the page. Click on each page, and there will be a Oodles banner at the top of the page. You don't have to play the game, just answer the question. To do this fast, just click ctrl and click on each game to open up a bunch of questions at the same time.

It's a site connected to the tv station the Game Show Network Carolyn. They do a daily trivia thing around their tv shows, and then they have trivia questions to answer each day. The points add up rather fast. GSN.com.

Yay!!! I'm glad they fixed the problem! I'm giving them another week or so for a card I'm waiting for, then I'm going to email them. I ordered an Amazon gift card a week and a half or 2 weeks before my husband ordered his. His came in his email yesterday and I still haven't gotten mine. :( No fair! Hopefully, they'll fix my issue too!
