I'm wanting to make my kids something different. besides hot dogs and chicken nuggets ect!
But two of my boy's are extremely picky. One of my 4 year olds will not eat anything with hamburger in it.. then my 7 year old is picky too..he is not big on stuff with noodles...
The only veggie my kids will eat is Corn.. well besides potato
can you guys share any recipes that my picky eaters will eat?

The problem is these foods are addictive - including fast foods.

With all the bad food out there, genetic modified foods, and irradiated foods (which takes all the nutrients out of the food), and throw away your microwave as it takes the nutrition out of food too.

It might be helpful to find out if they will eat certain veggies with certain foods. For instance, my picky son only likes green beans if it's with ham. He loves carrots but only in chicken noodle soup. He will eat red and green peppers and onions but only in my jambalaya. Maybe it has to do with textures or the combination of flavors but whatever it is, it works. Then of course there are the times that the veggie is on the side, like broccoli, cauliflower or brussel sprouts. I put some sea salt on them (while they watch b/c they don't believe me!) and he will eat them, though lets me know the entire time how much he hates vegetables. Some shredded cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables could be popular too.
He likes raw baby carrots and celery, with no dips, but unless they are in chicken noodle soup or he doesn't notice them in a casserole, he won't eat them cooked.
Corn on top of mashed potatoes is good :)
Yet the first time I served him asparagus, he ate it all and asked for more, and he loves broccoli!
I think it has something to do with the fact that we let them get away with it...
I'm really lucky and Elliott isn't picky at all. He doesn't like peas, but that's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that he doesn't like.
The little ones I babysit are picky, especially the little girl. They are more likely to eat something if they help me cook it, though.
I would still try to put out a new food with maybe a dot of ranch dressing. Introducing the foods is the first step. You could also try cookie cutters on sandwiches to see if that helps.
tuna fish sandwiches.
biscuits and gravy
pork roast with only potatoes and no carrots
taco salad with shredded chicken
grilled cheese
cheese crisps
i'm not sure where you could incorporate corn, other than a side dish. =/
or you could do shredded turkey for the taco salad!
they will also eat what they help make, proud of thier own cooking
