I get to retake the test!!!

I am so excited to let everyone know that my boss called me this morning to tell me I was doing a great job.  Then I told her that I failed the test and she let me know it was okay and that she would call and get another appt to retake the test!!!

I do have to pay $50.00 to retake the test, but it will be worth it to pass and be able to hang my certification up in the kitchen!!

I want to thank everyone who commented on my post last night and today!  You all may me feel so much better and helped me to be able to just come out and tell my boss that I failed the test.  Here is my post from last night:

Yeah! Sometimes we isolate ourselves with our misery because we think it isn't important enough to share. But anything that is important enough to make you feel this bad is important enough to share. I'm so glad your getting things solved.

I am the concession manager for our local recreational center and I have to pass the PA safe serve test to keep the job, but they are giving me a second chance!

Sounds like she values you as an employee, just try to keep calm and relaxed and know you will pass, keep a positive attitude and if you need to study, well, bone up, lol. Best of luck , I think you will keep the job.
Thanks is great. Isn't God GOOD?!!! Thanks so much for sharing this TESTIMONIAL! It means so much to give him the glory before and after the victory. Do yourself a good favor though and brush up on the areas of the test that you realize that you didn't do so well on the test and BLOW your retest out the WATER!!! And be sure to say a quick prayer before taking the test, to allow the Holy Spirit to bring all things to your remembrance. Get a good night's rest the day before. And of course give him the PRAISE afterwards. Can't wait to see a copy of your certification!

Missing a couple questions may prove to be a blessing in disguise. I'm responsible for training on software and if I find that I don't know the answer myself, I learn a lot. It enhances rather than diminishes my effectiveness as an instructor and problem-solver.

Hi. I don't know what you are talking about, but that you are telling us that you took the steps to be proactive (you told your boss about the test) and that the results were great (you can retake the test).

I knew you would get a chance to retake the
test. Sounds like you have a very good boss,
she knows that you are a good worker and I am
sure she has had a bad test herself, so she understands.
