Fortunately, I've never been arrested or in jail. That just means I haven't been caught being bad, not because I'm such a good girl. I do know several people who've been arrested and gone to jail. Most for drunk driving while in Sacramento. So Have You Ever Gotten an Arrested or Been in Jail?

once was after I had Jasmine I stopped paying my fine off......I was fingerprinted and picture taken but I had the $50 on me to pay off the fine so was then let go.
The other time was for not going to court....I called and got it taken care of, or so I thought....when they found out that it should have been they let me go.
So here we go to jail. Suppose to be a 7 hour trip turned out to be about 14 hour trip. The only way we got out is I have high blood pressure and i have not taken my meds.
My blood pressure was like 198/150 very high. So i told them they could let me go or take to the hospital at there cost. They called the firemen. Finally we get to go back to hotel which is owned by Isle Capri which now we are banned. We have to get the police to get our stuff from our room.
I will never go to Isle Capri again.
I was smart enough not to get caught! Lol!
Yes, I know, things have changed so don't tell me how nice the Tijuana jail is today.
Gather's being weird, it won't let me rate you. I'll try again later.
2nd time I had quit my job at a preschool. My classroom was furnished with items I bought. The owner did not dispute that I owned the stuff and allowed me in the building to retrieve them. When parents saw what was going on they started pulling their kids out of the daycare right then and there. She got angry and had the police arrest me for trespassing. Judge threw the case out.
3rd time may have been the best and I wanted to sue but my lawyer felt it would be more aggravation than it was worth. A few days prior I had a second surgery on my arm to put in a steel plate. I still had the stitches running the length of my arm. I had gone to the mall and on the drive home felt tired. I pulled off the road into a dunkin donuts to have a coffee and wake up or else I was going to call for a ride. Next thing I know my car is surrounded my three cop cars. An off duty officer thought I was crossing the line on the road and had followed me. It was pouring rain outside and the drive way was on a slant. The cops wanted me to get out and walk a line. I explained about my surgery and that no way was I taking a chance on falling. I told them to take me in for a blood test. I was totally sober. Had not had a drink in two years. They refused to take me and arrested me. Cuffed my arms behind me and in the process the newly installed plate broke the bone it was suppose to hold together. Wait it gets better! My husband had arrived on the scene and asked why I was being arrested. He is always very polite. They arrested him for interfering with an arrest. Both cases were thrown out by the judge.
And people wonder why I think poorly of cops. I know some are good and decent but around here it is hard to find them.
Well that never happened. I've never been arrested and never been in jail. I did have the unpleasant experience of the twistie-tie handcuffs.
;)
=P
DUI's (3)
drugs (1), but it wasn't really illegal....
protests (2 or 3)
walked into a big coke bust in London, and was exonerated....
Is the Pope Catholic?
Do bears shit in the woods?
The cops weren't actually too bad, even gave me some donuts and juice while I was in the holding cell for an hour; till my mom came and got me. The charges were reduced to reckless operation, and I had to go to a drug and alcohol class for a day; and pay a $90 fine.
Now I work at a sheriff's department, and had to retell the whole story to the sheriff when I was being interviewed for this position. "I can live with that!" he told me. LOL
My REAL-LIFE Jail-Tale
