Oops, what day is this?

One my daughters called up, Mom, what day is this? I go Monday. She goes, the 21st, mmmmmmmmm, Oh ya. Is Suzie with you? Ya, and she says all will be forgiven for forgetting if you get a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. I said, well, I must have known something was up about today, I just baked brownies. I never bake brownies in the daytime. I usually wait to make them after supper so they warm for a bedtime snack.

So, now all the kids are coming over tonight for ice cream cake and brownies.

My oldest Daughter Suzie is now 30. Man, I think I just got a lot more gray hairs!

I'll be 69 the first of October and isn't this the first day of Autumn? Every day is a day for celebration. Happy brownies!

my oldest is 26 and yes, he is still my baby....and staying with me for the time being while he has girlfriend trouble

You bake later in the day??? Yikes, if I did that my husband would be so much fatter than he is. He likes to eat stuff about 2 hours before bedtime. 1/3 of a cake at a sitting! He would eat that whole thing of brownies and leave me with nothing. I bake usually in the early afternoon, eat one while they are warm, and then cool the baked goods for later.
