Will Technorati and Gather's TOS allow me to claim my posts as a blog?

The eternal question, what is in the Gather TOS these days and what is it limiting us from doing at the moment?  I hope the answer is "not much."

iah8ub4gmc is a code from Technorati.  Let me know if trying to claim our posts etc. as blogs on Technorati isn't allowed, though why you'd want to limit traffic to Gather, I do not know...  But I'll follow the rules, I just can't keep up with the fine print any more.
