Hi everyone. It's been awhile since I posted on Gather. I just wanted to ask a question of any ladies who might have taken the medication, Taxol. Did you get the weird side-effect of the numbness and tingling in your fingers and feet? If so, does it linger on, or does it disappear eventually? My sister had this reaction also, and she still has the numb feelings in her hands and feet to this day, and she stopped about a year ago with her treatment. I was just wondering if others have that same problem, or is it just some. And if its a permanent thing... how do you cope? I realize that its better than the alternative and am grateful that I am still here, but some days its just soooooo annoying! Any comments will be greatly appreciated. :)
