Haleigh Cummings - What is the Truth?

Missing 5 year old Haleigh Cummings has not been seen since she was reported missing in Feb, by her father Ronald Cummings and his live-in girlfriend/babysitter, now wife. Putnam County, Florida is wild with many rumors today following an active night of dredging a pond in Palatka. Reports say it will take until Monday to drain the pond.

Officials are not giving out very much information. It is being reported by local news stations that it has been confirmed that the search is for Haleigh and that the family has been notified.

Lies and more lies have plagued this case since the beginning. Are we finally going to find out the truth?

Rumors floating are everything from a body has been found to possible confessions. I'll continue to follow this developing story.

My sympathy is always for the missing child, as abductions never leave a child unharmed (not just physically speaking, but psychologically), but if that young lady had nothing to do with her abduction...That suspicion is something she will carry with her for the rest of her life.

I just hope and pray they find the little girl. I hate to say it has been so long, I fear she is no longer alive but still have been praying for the best outcome. I do hope the family can find closure.

I still think the young woman knows more that what she has been saying from the begining.

I think the child was killed accidently and Misty was involved. Maybe she took the child to a party and from there I don't know but Misty is so young, she just can't keep her story straight. Why the young think everything but the truth will serve them is beyond me. This is a child's life in question and only a sociopath would keep the truth to themselves.
The father is to blame as well. He surely sees that Misty was irresponsible and immature.
