What's important is to keep an orderly workspace, don't let it get too messy. Clean up what you've finished with as you go. Keep your wits, think ahead.

Re: skating:

Is that ice or roller skating? I guess we're all reduced to skating on thin ice these days, financilly speaking. Hope you do well, cooking and financially! Aloha,

AWWW I am sure going back to work was a hard thing to do bcz of the kiddos but it's gonna be good and it will be temporary.

I'm sure you will do just fine. Just don't put too much in each fryer so that the food doesn't fry but steam and don't throw it in too fast or it will spatter and you will get burned.

Congratulations on getting a job. In this economy there is a lot of competition. Working in a rec center should be fun and provide great experience if you ever decide to move on.
