Most of Gather friends who follow my news on Fuzzy remember when he was just a little ball of fur, approximately three weeks old and still being fed with an eye-dropper. Well I'm happy to bring you all up to date now that he is two years old. Yes, it's been that long since we adopted him during Memorial day 2007 visit to our former vacation home in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. If you'd like to see what he looked like then and read about that experience you can see the photo essay I wrote about him after having him about a week.

At six months old I did another photo essay update. I was just looking through the photos to see how cute he was and see how much he grew in those few short months.
Of course there are other photos and photo essays along the way and a few videos also. Remember the time he got into the toilet paper? That was one of the funniest moments. The new pet group here on Gather has prompted me to take a look back at all the happy memories we have and look at the cute videos and photos I've taken of our little Fuzzball in the last two years. The one thing that has changed as he has gotten older is the fact that he is a real Daddy's Boy. He just adores my husband and tolerates Missy, our other kitty, and puts up with me just because I'm here. Of course when Larry isn't home, he does come into the office and lays by the desk, but I think that's just because I'm the only other human in the house and most of you who have cats know that they just love human companionship.
Here are the most recent photos of Fuzzy, he weighs about 17 pounds and still loves to play with his mouse, the laser, bugs, and my husband. He's still has a lot of feral ways like biting and hunting down his treats when they are thrown across the room. He would have made a wonderful hunter but doesn't have any real desire to go outside. He does love the screen porch and talks to the hummingbird on the feeder and any other little critter he sees in the pond or flying by the screen.
I'd like to say he and Missy are the best of friends, but he's too rough for her since he thinks biting is part of playtime. They have their moments but for the most part they are as different as day and night. Missy is a little lady and loves to be cuddled and hugged. Fuzzy on the other hand doesn't want any part of being cuddled or even petted except for a brief few moments when we go to bed. He love to pounce on my chest and get all comfortable and get a few strokes of petting. No kissing allowed and the tender moments don't last very long.
So here are the most recent photos of our big boy.

Look, he takes up the whole chair!

This one isn't that recent, He's about a year old here, but it's one of my favorites. He loves chocolate and can't understand why he can't have any.

Fuzzy says hello to all his Gather friends.

She was found in a dumpster tied up in a plastic grocery bag... Unbelievable!
