It should never have gone this far. Wilson is just a common attack dog and should be forgotten about. Like you say congress needs to get moving on health care instead of bleeding it for every last dime with their crony friends. Obama has to be a lot stronger with his party leadership or he is going to fail miserably. Sometimes I think our congress is a bunch of elected day care students.

I live in a Blue Dog District

I wrote him yesterday and said I didn't want a plan without a public option.
I also said I didn't know if he was going to be a Republican or Democrat
for health care reform.
But that is was important.
If he votes Republican.
I will not only vote for one of the lesser party candidates, I will go campaign for one.

Those are the kinds of situations I think Instant Run-off Voting would be a plus. You'd at least find out how many people really wanted a bona fide Democrat.

Guy, honestly, shut your trap about racism. Wilson did not yell "you lie" because Obama is black. honestly, how ignorant are you? He still would've yelled it if Obama was white, or purple with red stripes or blue with green swirls. Wilson did not yell you lie due to Obama's skin color. He yelled it because he knew Obama was lying to Congress and America. Wilson's moral values told him that he couldn't let Obama get away with lying to America.

Wilson's statement had NOTHING to do with racism.
