They say FRESH milk is the kind of milk that increases that chance to have cancer. I once read it from the internet. Many of us drink milk very often knowing only its advantages, but we don't know some milk has side effects. Do you know anything about the good and bad sides?

If a person were to avoid everything that they say causes cancer, no one would be eating anything anymore.
I say the health benefits of milk outweigh the bad possibilities.
If milk these days was natural there might not be so many "side effects". But because of all the chemicals the feed is laced with that are fed the cattle, then the milk is passed onto us it will create problems in some people.
Two of us here can not drink to much of cows milk. It makes us sick. Throw up sick.
Now goats milk is supposed to be so much better for those who drink it, it has a different taste however it does not make us sick. If only it was easier to find and has got us thinking of getting a milking goat.
The fda is (to my way of thinking) not exactly trust worthy these days. So we go on how things make us feel and what not.
All the hype of needing it for the calcium for our bones is total BS.
If you are not familiar with "Snopes" they are one of the best on-line resources for fact-checking. With all that circulates around these days it is best to look there before forwarding any information, as nine time out of ten they are debunked.
That particular report on cancer with a paragraph on milk is located at: http://www.snopes.com/medical/disease/cancerupdate.asp
Hope that helps to ease your mind. Milk is a very important part of a daily diet so drink up! :)
