While visiting Brookgreen Gardens on September 11th, there were numerous flower displays throughout the vast grounds. This was quite a contrast from my late January visit and was wonderful to view.

As I typically do, I took a lot of photos. This post will share a portion of the different flowers and plantlife present during this time of the season.

It was a beautiful, sunny day with temps in the low 80s. Though it would get pretty hot after a while in the open sun, it was perfect weather for strolling the grounds.

There was so much to see, that it will probably take two posts to showcase all of the beauty.

Thanks for looking at my work. Hope you enjoyed the first part of the flower tour.

Great photos as always.
I saw a couple of unfamiliar ones that piqued my interest. I've been thinking about getting an annual pass to Sunken Gardens, I bet it will look different in the fall and winter too.
I've decided to join the ABG, dual membership $75, in my name only so I can bring anyone as guest and a five visit parking pass for $21. I can reload the parking pass at a discounted price also.
Thank you for posting to Pretty Pictures.
Excellent photo essay!!
Thanks so much for sharing with my group.
I never seen a purple pepper before...
