I must be a member of every point program in Canada, and a few in the USA, too.
When I go to Shoppers Drug Mart, I collect Optimum points.
I collect points that serve me well at almost every major on-line book retailer there is (I nearn MyPoints from shopping at B&N, and redeem them for Amazon gift cards, I also get Amazon gift cards from Swagbucks, on Chapters, B&N, Amazon.ca, and Borders.com I can earn Airmiles, or Aeroplan Miles, depemding on what card I choose to use, and those can be redeemed for travel rewards and other things)
I have a credit card that allows me to collect Airmiles, and I am looking in to getting one that will allow me to collect Aeroplan Miles too (different bank, but I'll still do all my main banking at the one I already use)
I get points for shopping at Zellers (Canadian department store)
And I get points, or money for almost everything I do on line (MyLot, Gather, Scoints, ptc's...)
Besides my research (no wait, I get paid for that too, through the Swagbucks and Airmiles toolbars...) about the only things I do that don't earn my points are answering my e-mails, and going on Facebook.
I've made a lot of really good money this way, and the points that could not be redeemed for cash I've used to buy things I'd just end up spending money on anyway. Christmas is going to be BOOKS this year, as I have almost $100 in my Amazon.com account now, thanks to Swagbucks, and MyPoints.
I'm trying to earn enough Aeroplan Miles to fly somewhere, and enough AirMiles to stay somewhere. :)
Walker and I are going to get a vacation, eventually. :)

I do Mypoints, Quickrewards, Gather, VidoeSquares, Swagcuks, and many other ones off and on, plus the surveys that I do. I also have Olympia Sports, Famous Footwear, Dick's Sporting Goods, AE & LL Bean to name some stores that give points for shopping with them.
Yep... love those gift cards.
Take Aeroplan, and Airmiles, for example. Both have the same sites in their eStores. I called CIBC today to see if they could offer me a pre-paid credit card with Aeroplan, the way BMO does with Airmiles (I'm already with BMO) and if they could, I'd use both banks. They didn't have that option.
So I did a little thinking, and figured something out. I get a better rate with Aeroplan than I do with Airmiles. It used to be that I'd shop the Airmiles eStore (get points) and pay with my Airmiles Credit Card (get airmiles points for that too!!) thus getting double airmiles. However, I collect Aeroplan miles faster, but don't have a credit card for them, hence I shopp the eStore on the Aeroplan site, but pay with my Airmiles credit card, and collect both!!! LOL
As for MyPoints vs Swagbucks, I do most of my shopping through MyPoints, and most of my searching through Swagbucks. Not sure why, I've just somehow gotten in that habit. Also, I need more points for MyPoints goals than I do for swagbucks ($10 Amazon card = 90 SB, $10 Borders card = 1,400 MyPoints) and I've had very good luck with the swagbucks searches. I guess we all have our own systems.
I think it's great that I can earn these free cards from Borders on MyPoints, and then turn around and spend the $10 gift cards as though I were spending $10 cash, and get aeroplan miles! :) It's interesting how we can "stack" these points programs, and really make the most of what we are spending.
Do you have a Borders Rewards card? If so, they will send you very nice coupons in your email.
Both Airmiles and Aeroplan are affiliated with Borders, so if i go in through their sites, i only only use the coupons, but i get points for the remaining money spent. also, MyPoints is now offering $10 Borders cards for 1,400 poinsts, and I have enough for about 3 cards. I think I'm going to order a stack of them, and use one a minth to treat myself with something from my book wishlist, and get miles for the money spent minus the coupons. Great that I'll get points for the $10 gift cards too. :)

GSN is the Game Show Network (I think), gsn.com
Basically you register and they have a question of the day (50 oodles), and then about 30 challenge questions (10 oodles each) daily. M-F there is a Live Oodle Challenge, based on the live game shows that are playing. You can earn about 400 oodles on these.
You do not have to watch the game show, I don't, and there is even a GSN chat hosted by Charity Kimball here on Gather where members provide hints so that you can answer those questions. Quick google searches will get you the rest of the oodles on the 10 point questions.
I get it all done in about 20 minutes-- the kids distract me-- and have enough for a Starbucks $10 cash in every week. They do have amazon GCs, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Sephora, Dicks, and a Visa GC though.
