YAY he ate at school

Brayden finally ate at school today. The only thing he did not eat was the green beans, which is strange because I know he likes them. Nana would make them for him and he would eat. Oh well I am just happy that he finally ate.

I heard back from the teacher a few days ago and she told me that basically he does eat, but he truely did not eat his hotdog because there was no ketchup. According to the teacher thier shipment had not come in yet.

So now I feel a little better about him with school.. although this morning it was his turn to drag his feet.

They'll never starve. If a child is hungry enough, he'll eat. We went through this with our daughter, because at one point, she wasn't allowed to bring her lunch (long story) and had to eat hot lunch. She didn't want to do it....it took a few days, but she finally ate something.

i asked the teacher if he could bring a lunch ( he is in school readiness) and she told me it was against program rules... so i understand how you feel

i figured it would just take some time. at least he isn't screaming & crying about taking a bus like a certain 1st grader we know. ;)

oh no, is he really having that hard of time? i thought they drove him... I am lucky both of my kids love the bus and school :-D

they drove him for afternoon kindergarden. he's in first grade now....mornings!!!!

good!!!!!! i was always one of those strange people whoked cafeteria food........ but they only served regular milk.. i took a small pill container with chocolate syrup to school with me.......lol......
