Lady Gaga VMA 2009 performance - You'll go gaga for it!

Tonight on the VMAs Lady Gaga performed her latest single "Paparazzi". The live performance followed the theme of her video for the single...but was even better! The ending was a bit of a shocker. I'll keep quiet on that so that you can get the full effect.

For those who think that current music sucks, stop and take a look at Lady Gaga. She is original, innovative, and catchy. I'm entertained by the music, but I'm also fascinated to see what the Lady will be wearing next. Lady Gaga has made music fun, once again.

My fave is Poker face! One of my best friends turned me on to her when I was in the hospital with Duckie. I cant get her music out of my head! great.... *my my my poker face my my poker face....*

Eh, her vocals are slightly better than most other pop-vocalists. Her music is very average. I think the only thing that stands out is her performance-artistry. But then again, popular music is very rarely about the music.

I don't think I've actually ever seen her perform live. But I love the songs. They're catchy and have a good beat.

Lady Gaga is what's wrong with music today. Most artists are at least entertaining or can sing well. She can do neither. She uses smoke and mirrors to hide the fact that her music is mediocre at best.

There is no excuse for thinking this garbage can pass for music!!!!

I completely disagree. She sang live and sounded good. Right there, that's more than most pop singers can say for themselves. Her music is very catchy. Are you not a fan of pop or dance?

I was amazed too. Amazed that this garbage can pass for music. If Lady Gaga is the future of music I can't imagine what kind of horrible music people will be listening to 20 years from now.

I think shes a great performer. If people wanna say shes bad, then why was she accepted early into NYU Tisch for music at the age of 17?

I can't stand Lady Gaga! The music is very annoying! Her sense of style sucks! The first time I saw her I was like "What the heck is that?" I'm so glad my kids don't listen to her crap - every time I see her on a video or TV I have to change the channel because I'm so grossed out by her or it!
