Recently a good buddy of mine, another cheese lover, brought me some Brussels Kase. It it is an excellent cheese made from cow's milk in & around the city of its name, Brussels, the capitol of Belgium. It is a smooth cheese and has a strong tangy sharpness with a hint of salt and I find it delicious. It is an excellent cheese for sauces, spreads or snacking with crackers.
Bruxelles Kaas is smooth, sharp and citric, with strong and salty bite. This cheese is washed and dried over a period of at least three months. It is made from cow's milk and is shaped into rounds or tubs. It is a table cheese used for spreading and snacks.
