The Natori Sports Bra was featured on the "Breast Breakthrough" episode of The Doctors today. I've been eyeballing a new sports bra, so this got my attention. I immediately went to HerRoom.com (my favorite place online for bra shopping and reviews) to check it out. Turns out it has 4-out-of-5 stars and over 200 reviews. It was also named Winner of the 2009 Undie Award for Favorite Average-Figure Sports Bra. Sounds good to me!
The Natori Sports Bra, model 34439, separates "the girls" instead of squishing them. This is a good thing, because breast compression is a surefire way to lose elasticity. And no one wants that! It's supposedly nice and stretchy, with elastics encased to keep you comfortable.
Furthermore, according to The Doctors, the average woman is a 36C. During movement, breasts swing in a figure eight motion. All that movement can stretch out your ligaments and also destroy supportive breast tissue, just like wearing compression bras. The Natori sports bra is built to eliminate 50 percent of the bounce from traditional sports bras. I say, sign me up.
