We Found A House!

Well, we had known about a house that was for sale in Piney Creek which is one of the little communities around Eufaula. My husband knows the owners so he called and asked how much they wanted. They only want $12,000 for it, so we told them we wanted it. It only has three lots, but they are very decent size. And it also has a cabin, which is livable right now. It's around 1000 square feet and there is plenty of room to build on. We will be signing papers on Sunday! I am so happy! I'll be sure to post pic later!
