This recipe is from my Elle magazine, and was absolutely fantastic!
Measurements are approximate.
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
about 2.5 oz Genoa salami, thinly sliced
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 small handful fresh basil, torn
Dressing
1 t Dijon mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, toss salad ingredients. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss with salad and serve immediately.

We had egg bake for dinner tonight - easy to put together, makes the house smell delicious and yummy!
I am with phil..more salami....but it sounds so good...
how 'bout baking a cake....I am gonna bake a cake for myself this weekend....can't decide what flavor though...all sound good...
