Another Day at Best Buy: Drink Duty

Hello Everyone!

Today I worked from 5-9pm, this was after I went to school all morning.  I was almost late because I got side-tracked doing my homework.  They day went well, including work, and, for some reason, work seemed to fly by.  Perhaps it's because my manager told me to refill the drink coolers.  I did that in a timely manner.  Then, I was informed that the drink placement in both of the coolers (at the front and back of the store) had to match.  So, off I went again to make sure everything matched.  Then, I realized that there were drinks that we were supposed to be selling that noone had bothered to put in the cooler before, so off I went one more time to reorganize and make room. And, finally, after walking into the warehouse, I found even MORE drinks that had not been put into their proper storage locations yet, and so I had to do that, then make MORE room in the coolers for them. 

That was my day.  Refilling drinks, re-refilling drinks, re-re-refilling drinks, and, finally, re-re-re-refilling drinks.  It went by rather quickly and allowed me to move around, which I absolutely loved!  The bad part?  The moving around and organizing the drinks meant I wasn't at a register much and didn't sell any BTP or offer RZ Cards or BBY credit cards, etc., so I was technically, absolutely worthless to the company today.  They're probably not going to like that too much. OOPS!  Oh well, I did the job I was told to do, and I did it well :)
