Following an altercation with San Diego Chargers lineman Shawne Merriman, Tila Tequila claims she was not intoxicated. Furthermore, Tila Tequila is saying she's allergic to alcohol. Tila tweeted the following about her allergy: "I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila 'Tequila' cuz the irony. I cant drink." Is she allergic to coke too? Just asking.
Tila Tequila may be allergic to alcohol, but guess what? It doesn't stop her from drinking. In fact, she was seen on her reality show drinking alcohol and has admitted to drinking on "special occasions", despite the allergy.
Whether she is lying out her butt, it doesn't matter whether she was drunk or not. On her Twitter page Tila Tequila announces, "I am only 93 pounds and 4'ft 11......" She is no match for an NFL player. Shawne Merriman is a total a$$ for laying a violent hand on her.

What a ditz
A lot of Asians react badly to alchohol, from turning red to getting hungover or sick almost immediately. On special occasions they will join in and take a sip of champagne or something, but someone who has this reaction to alchohol cannot really drink to excess or get drunk.
