Just hanging out

I had Friday off & I also have Monday off, so today is day 3 of my 4 day weekend.

Friday was eventful but in a fun way, because my kids school had a staff in service day, so my kids were home as well as a few of my friend's kids because my friends still had to work.

Saturdays are always busy, my oldest plays football and my wonderful husband coaches, his game started at 9am but the kids needed to be their at 8am for weigh in, so since my husband is one of the coaches we had to be their at 7:45am. The game lasts about an hour, then after every game the coaches throw an after game pizza party and the owner of the pizza place lets us play the recorded game on the big screen TV and the kids play games, it is really nice and helps build the team spirit. After all of the football stuff we came home did yard work & house work, In the evening we had a get together to attend and we did not get home from that until very late.

This morning we woke up, dressed & got ready for our day, but we ended up not going anywhere we were tired and the kids had such a busy day we just decided to hang out here and save whatever we had planned to do for tomorrow. It's been nice, we watched a movie, played some video games together, my wonderful husband is making bbq for dinner and the kids are on the lookout for the ice cream man.
