Ingredients :
1 cup of instant potato flakes
1/2 package of Cream Cheese softened: 1cup
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of Milk
2 green onions, sliced and chopped
1 cup of shredded montarary Jack cheese
1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
Parsely leaves for garnishing
Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine potato flakes and milk, let stand five minutes
3.Add sour cream, cream cheese and half the onions, mix well.
4. In a large-sized baking dish, spoon mix. Sprinkle top with bacon bits and shredded cheese.
5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, Top with remaining onions.
6. Garnish with parsely leaves ....Serve with Chips, tortillas or crackers.
