Thanks for the info! I make beaded jewelry, write poetry, come up with ideas for unique t-shirts, etc. - all pirate themed! The name of my business is "Blackbead's Treasure Chest" and my wife and I don pirate garb to go to festivals to "sell off our plunder"! It's a side-line for sure, since I currently work for Uncle Sam, but it is what I want to retire into and anything I can do to build my business now is great.

I've thought about Etsy and looked into it but I may just have to take the plunge based on your posting.

I'm not interested in selling as I have enough trouble keeping up with gifts for the children and grandchildren. However, I enjoy visiting the Etsy site to see the beautiful things people make. Sometimes I get ideas but mostly it just inspires me.
