Tell Obama: We're Counting on You

Hi,

President Obama will give a major speech next week laying out what he thinks needs to be in the health care bill.

This is a critical crossroads. The president needs to hear that Americans are counting on him to stand up to the status quo and fight for real reform with a strong public health insurance option.

If you subscribe to moveon .org then you may have already seen this I also responded to Repower America it dose not take long to sign a form letter. When you agree with the issue--I thank them for making it easy. I have never had such easy access to a POTUS and it is a little off-putting therefore I appreciate the form letter.

Obama is an extraordinary man and we have not seen the full extent of his talents.

It is a man of Reason, Professorial, Thinker, Rational, Cerebral .... and even caring and empathic ( from Empathy )

We are before a Great President, and that type of Leaders will always surprise us.

How are you going to get a fair discussion when you choose to "approve" comments. The worst form of censorship. When we fail to allow real discussions, we fail to look at all sides.

Linda I did not post this information for a discussion just to inform those who are interested. There has been "Real" discussions here on Gather and they go south quickly. I am weary of petty behavior and I have sufficient friends to whom I would like to share information with--Like yourself.

I accept your opinion and believe as you do that discussion is key to understanding yet, I have made a choice for this posted information.

Thanks for stopping by, I posted this rather than sending out mass e-mails that is why I choose to approve comments on this post.

Most of my comments are in political areas and that is a rough space to be in when serious conversations are best. I am no usually so guarded, and old posts are set to approve and closed to all comments after 3 months--if I remember.
