A couple recent sessions...

I haven't done a lot of photography since we got to Texas but I'm just starting to work again. My last two sessions have gone really well and I wanted to share a few portraits with you.

I had the opportunity to photograph the beautiful princess "L" a few weeks ago when her mom flew in to visit. I have never seen a little girl with so many flowered headbands! And she totally rocked them too!

L was only six months and when I asked mom if she could sit up yet the answer was no. We decided to try anyway and I was honored to take her photo the first time she sat up! Mom was super thrilled!

Yesterday I got to explore a little more of Dallas and shoot in Deep Ellum. It's an area that's being revitalized and is full of the best urban backdrops I could hope for. Shooting six year old twins K and V in the middle of this scene was a blast! Both girls were full of attitude and spunk and it totally came through in the photos. Their daddy owns a club in this area and I was even promised free cover charge anytime I want to come hear a live band. Not a bad deal!
