Project Runway moved to Lifetime for this season, and it was filmed this season in Los Angeles. Most of its fans already know why it was delayed from airing so long. I was wondering what you guys thought about the show, and the designers. Do you any of you watch the 30 min. show after, called Models of the Runway? It's interesting to see how the models react when designers get to pick their models after each challenge. One model hated the designer who picked her, and boy did she let it show in her actions! I really like the model who has a two year old. I think its cool she has a child and is a mom. She's chasing a dream while still being able to be a good mom.
Last episode Malvin certainly deserved to lose. A chicken? He based his outfit on a hen? Complete with feathers...The challenge was to make a pregnancy look, for any occasion the designer chose, for pregnant model/TV star Rebecca Romijn. Of course a couple of months ago she actually gave birth to her twins.
I really hope Mitchell is out next time. After 2 episodes I'm not familiar with all of their names though. My favorites though are the black guy (should I have said African-American?) with the long, long hair, the woman who was originally from part of Yugoslavia, and Althea. I don't remember where she is from, but I know I like her. : )

I haven't watched the show since the switch to the new network. Hopefully I can catch up online with what I missed. I think the show will be popular, but likely will not garner the same audience as they did on Bravo.
I hadn't been watching the model show but will now. I couldn't believe the egg and feathers get up. I was surprised that they used very casual dressings for the red carpet.
I couldn't believe Johnny lied and then sat and did the crosswod puzzle instead of working on his garmet.
Sorry, as some here may know, our house burnt down a year ago, so I am clueless on what happened with the show and Bravo. We bought a foreclosed property in January. So been up top my eyebrows DIYing. I hope to post photos soon.
By the way, does the model Fatma annoy you as much as she annoys me?
I like Epperson, Shirin, and Gordana. I enjoy them, but they aren't my favorites. I don't think Gordana deserved to be in the bottom three of the newspaper challenge.
As for the models, my favorite is Koji, and I guess Matar too. I watch the Models of the Runway show too. If for nothing else than to see the drama when it is time for the designers to pick their models again.
I still have to watch the model part! I liked Vanessa... Now I worry for Matar!
