What are politicians really meaning when they talk about Health Care Reform (HCR)? One thinks that they probably mean providing some level of coverage to everyone in this country.
It's admirable, but there are some changes that might need to be made to our legal system, capping medical malpractice awards, or whatever, which might not be popular.
If we have greater reimbursement levels paid to doctors for seeing more patients, somewhere, things might suffer.
I guess that seniors tend to use more medical services because they largely get treatment. It's not yet certain how they will be impacted by the reform process.
Workman's compensation for those injured at work, might also change if universal coverage gets implemented.
